Attracting neurodivergent applicants

To encourage neurodivergent people to apply for your jobs, commissions and opportunities, it would be helpful to make it clear that you specifically welcome applicants from this community. 

If you have a policy in place, or are following specific guidance on supporting neurodivergent artists or creative workers, you could reference this in your job description. 

An example of how you can word this: 

'At ABC Theatre, we follow an organisational policy on how we support neurodivergent people. We specifically welcome applicants who identify as neurodivergent, and we are open to collaborating with individuals on realising their access requirements.'
